Serve as the coordinator and on-site manager for social media opportunities, including artist collaborations, behind the scenes content captures, Last Night at the Met, Fridays Under 40 events, Holiday Open House, various offsite outreach events, etc. Serve as a resource and gatekeeper to other departments seeking to add content to the social schedule. Maintain the Met’s ongoing social media calendar, working to incorporate content to support sales needs while driving engagement and audience growth. Deliver final products that are ready to publish. Independently project manage content creation from end to end, including liaising with internal teams to coordinate content captures and manage any editing or additional asset creation needed.
